Hope And Smile Community Organization is an NGO locates in Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. It is established with some projects to support the needy communities in Siem Reap Province of Cambodia. The main purpose is to improve the communities and to reduce the poverty through education and help.
We give the equal educational opportunities to all students and help to indigenous and poor people without discrimination.

 Programs:

Non-Formal Education and Training Center 

Hasco Center for the Community Education (HCC) is the project school of Hasco Cambodia. It is a non-formal education school offering language skills, especially English courses from level A to 12. It is located HCC_Buildingin Chrey village, Kchas commune, Sot Nikum district, Kandal province, Cambodia. It is about 20 kilometers east from Siem Reap town, where the education capcity is very low with no language school even a private one, except a rural public school.

How it works ?

Requirement:

1. Placement Test: Students MUST be given a placement test when they wish to join any class. The test will show what level they have, and what level they can join. After the result of the test, students can come to get the Registration form freely from HCC, and submit the form at their grades.

2. Students MUST come to school everyday. Absence of 15 times per term will be considered to be drawn out from the final term exam.

3. Students MUST be involved in the care of CLEAN environment of the school

4. Students MUST be in responsible for their illicit activities, even inside or outside of the school campus.

5. Students MUST give the real address and parents' phone number to the officer or teacher. It is the easy way for the school connecting with parents if it has any problem.

EFA is the heart of Hasco. It is designed for its own programs and also for education activities of all the other two programs

For the possibility of the community education, Hasco has published a center called Hasco Center for Education (HCE). This center accepts all kinds of learners, from other schools and people in the villages around the neighborhood.
